Following the Euro Mini-Championships staged earlier this year in Schiltingheim and various Pre-Selection Training Camps, a total of 27 players, 16 boys and 11 girls are present in the south east Slovenian town.
“We have three training sessions per day, as well as numerous testing conducted by Dr. Miran Kondric; we are enjoying the best possible hospitality and the players are working in excellent conditions provided by our hosts,” said Neven Cegnar, the Development Manager for the European Table Tennis Union; who with Istvan Korpa, the former German National Coach and Slovenia’s Joze Urh, is a member of the evaluation team.
Additionally, alongside Neven Cegnar, Istvan Korpa and Jose Urh; Vesna Ojsteraek Drnovšek, Slovenian National Coach, Andreja Ojsteršek Urh and Mate Lejo, both coaches at the Slovenian National Training Centre are present.
