27-year old Paul Drinkhall is the highest ranked player from England and has been carrying the flag high for his country since a long time now. He had an incredibly successful 2016 with Team England winning the bronze medal at the World Championship held in Kuala Lumpur in March 2016; he narrowly missed the quarter final birth at the Rio Olympic Games bowing down to Vladimir Samsonov 2-4 in the round of 32.
