Impressively, in the title deciding contest, Leonardo Ilsuka beat both Julio Villar (11-2, 11-3, 11-5) and Renzo Zeballos (11-5, 7-11, 11-1, 11-7), in addition to securing the doubles in harness with Guilherme Marchiori (15-13, 11-7), 11-7).
Success in style for the Brazilians at both the semi-final and final stages; for the Peruvians in the penultimate round, life had been more exacting. A full distance three-two verdict had been the outcome when facing the Dominican Republic ‘B’ Team combination of Rafael Cabrera and José Cabral.

Ecuador in the ascendancy, Angelica Arellano overcame Jenny Cux (11-5, 11-3, 11-5) to end matters and secure the title.
