Planned for Sunday 2nd December, the Chertanovo Arena in Moscow will be the home for an international tournament of a different nature will be staged.

An event for match officials is the nature of the competition. Referees and umpires will be at the other side of the fence.

Organised by the Russian Table Tennis Federation, the competition is being staged in memory of Boris Yun.

The tournament comprises four events: two Men’s Singles and two Women’s Singles competitions based on age, 18 years to 40 year is one competition 41 years and over is the other.

Match officials from the four corners of the world are welcome. Should a nominated umpire require a visa, kindly send relevant details when submitting the nomination (full name as in passport, date of birth, place of birth, passport number, expiry date of passport). All costs relating to visa applications are at the responsibility of the applicant; the issuance of a visa is entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.

All invited officials must organize their own transportation to Moscow as well as travel and medical insurance. Free transportation from and to the four airports and five railway stations in the Russian capital city is offered.
