Players from Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville and Togo alongside the host nation have enrolled in the two day event.
Doors open on the first day of play at 8.30 am, after local dignitaries and players have been welcomed, play in the initial tournament, events for junior players, will commence.
Proceedings start with groups, the successful players reserving quarter-final places.
It is envisaged that the tournament will conclude at 4.00 pm; the stage at which the Masters competition will begin. Similar to the junior event, play organized on a group basis forms the initial phase; the group matches are scheduled to conclude the following day at 12.00 noon.
A break in proceedings for lunch and to welcome distinguished guests, at 2.00 pm the main draw, starting with the quarter-finals, will begin.
Presentations and the Closing Ceremony are planned for 5.30 pm, followed by a cocktail reception.
The tournaments are supported by Africa Travels, ADS/Foundation, Trois Fois Sain and Mafraland in addition to the National Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Sport.
Notably to mark the occasion, special training shirts have been printed.
