Organised under the guidance of ITTF High Performance and Development, training sessions are planned for each of the first six days in both the morning and afternoon, except for the third day when proceedings will terminate at lunchtime.
In addition on Monday 22nd April and on Wednesday 24th April, coach education sessions are planned; the final two days of action being dedicated to the Challenge tournaments.
Players for the hopes category must be born in 2007 or 2008, for the cadet events on or after Thursday 1st January 2004.
Overall for the hopes itinerary, a maximum of 24 boys and 24 girls will be accepted, the same in the cadet age group. A national association may nominate three boys and three girls in each age group; for the hosts it is four boys and four girls.
Meanwhile, for the educational sessions a national association may propose two coaches, preferably one being female; as for the Congo Democratic, it is three in number.
Additional to Congo Democratic, the national associations eligible are Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo Brazzaville, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon as well as Sao Tome and Principe.
Venue for the whole proceedings is Mafraland, accommodation being available at the Ascension Hotel and at the Lemarinel Hotel.
Preliminary entries are required by Friday 7th March, the final entry deadline is Friday 12th April with accommodation and travel details requested by Monday 15th April.
