The Pan American Table Tennis Confederation presents its new website: americas.ittf.com
A simplified interface, a renewed appearance, the platform will emphasize news and the main events on the calendar. Based on a user-friendly design, the initiative provides a simplified way to stay informed about our sport, in both English and Spanish.
The new website is the product of collaboration between the ITTF Americas Executive Committee and the ITTF Group, which previously worked together with ITTF Africa in the creation and development of its new web platform (africa.ittf.com).
News on the main stars plus continental and regional personalities are major items in addition to results, high performance, development and officiating. Information on member associations, players, partners and the media will be constantly updated to keep esteemed fans and supporters across the continent well informed.
Dates of events, lists of entrants, qualifying stages and main draws, will be able available on the platform, as well as detailed ITTF ranking plus, in the foreseeable future, such items as good governance and transparency.
“We are bringing to life the new virtual home of table tennis in America. We know that this step is of vital importance after the emergence of the Confederation. We believe that it will help us continue to grow and efficiently serve the sport on the continent. We welcome all members of our community; we hope that the new website will be a point of reference in the continent. We invite you to visit this new space that belongs to you. We are stronger together.” Lic. Juan Vila, ITTF Americas president.
“We will continue to work on innovative ways to take table tennis on the continent to the next level. We are sure that the new website will be a tool that facilitates communication between all the actors in the Pan American table tennis community. We thank the ITTF for the support during the work process.” Jorge Herrera, member relations, ITTF Americas.
