The ITTF is launching the “World Veterans Tour – Road to Oman”, a new series of veterans events taking the players on the road to the next World Veterans Championships.
The World Veterans Tour will start in September and feature four events open to anyone and everyone who continues to show their passion for the sport.
- 8-11 September 2022 – Otocec, Slovenia
- 14-16 October 2022 – Loutraki, Greece
- 3-6 November 2022 – Djerba, Tunisia
- 14-17 December – Los Angeles, USA

Every event winner of the “World Veterans Tour – Road to Oman” will get a free entry for the Oman 2023 World Veterans Championships and all participants of the tour will benefit from a 10% discount on the entry fee of the World Championships.
The “World Veterans Tour – Road to Oman” events are open to players aged 40 and over, with seven age categories on offer: 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+. The competition includes Men’s & Women’s Singles and Doubles. Players compete in a round-robin and a single-elimination stages.
Players are guaranteed to compete in world-class events with international participation and win points for the ITTF World Veterans Ranking System.
The World Veteran Table Tennis Championships 2023 will take place on 15-21 January in the Sultanate of Oman, a country of breath-taking natural beauty.
