02 Dec 2023

From 4 to 10 December, the ITTF Mixed Team World Cup 2023 will unfold at the Sichuan Gymnasium in Chengdu, China, featuring the world's top 18 teams vying for glory.

Both the German men’s and women’s teams come to Chengdu following great results at continental events. The men’s team secured the title at the 2023 European Games, whereas the women’s team claimed victory at the 2023 European Team Table Tennis Championships, avenging their loss to Romania earlier in the year at the European Games in a thrilling final.

Following their strong performance at last year’s ITTF World Team Championships, where the men’s team narrowly defeated Korea Republic to make the finals, Germany will be looking to continue their momentum into the Mixed Team World Cup.
