Gold medallist at both the Beijing 2008 and Rio 2016 Paralympic Games, Denmark’s Peter Rosenmeier, alongside the host nation’s Karolina Pek and Thailand’s Chilchitaryak Bootswarina emerged the most successful players at the ITTF Polish Para Open 2024, play concluding in Wladyslawowo on Friday 29th March.
Each departed with two titles.
Peter Rosenmeier won men’s singles class 6 before partnering colleague Freja Larsen to success in mixed doubles class 14.
Similarly, Chilchitaryak Bootswarina emerged the women’s singles class 1-2 winner, prior to joining forces with compatriot, Dararat Asayut to secure women’s doubles class 5 gold.
Not to be overlooked, after securing women’s singles class 9 gold, Karolina Pek partnered Piotr Grudzien to mixed doubles class 17 gold.
