The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) is pleased to announce that the application for media accreditation for the ITTF World Championships 2025 is now open.
We invite all media outlets to join us in covering this thrilling event, which is scheduled to take place from 17 to 25 May 2025 in Doha, Qatar.
The on-site media accreditation grants on-site access to all media facilities at the venue, including entry to all matches. Applications will close on 9 April 2025.
A remote media access is also available, granting online access to dedicated media content, including schedules, results, photos, flash quotes, and media notes. Applications will be accepted until the end of the event.
Twenty-one years after making history as the Middle East’s first World Championships host in 2004, Doha is ready to write its next chapter in the sport’s rich legacy. The state-of-the-art Lusail Sports Arena has been confirmed as the perfect stage for this spectacular event.
The 2025 edition promises to deliver unparalleled excitement with five events featuring the planet’s finest talents competing for glory: Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Every singles match will be contested over best-of-7 games, with doubles matches played as best-of-5, guaranteeing intense competition throughout the nine days of play.
